This course is designed for food handlers, stewarding staff, food delivery drivers, butchers, and a person involved directly in food and food related industries, such as restaurants and hotels.
Catering companies, food processors, Grocery, tea shop, dairy companies, drinking water bottling plants, slaughter houses. In addition to this, this basic course gives participants a foundation to enroll in intermediate and advance food hygiene courses.
