Individuals who currently operate Forklifts should consider this course. All employers should consider this course for employees who drive a Forklift while carrying out their job function.

- Stability of Powered Industrial Fork Truck
- Vehicle inspection and maintenance that the operator will be required to perform.
- Charging and recharging batteries
- Operating limitations
- Surface conditions
- Composition and stability of loads
- Load manipulation, stacking and un-stacking
- Narrow aisles
- Operating on ramps and sloped surfaces
- Operating in closed environments or areas with poor ventilation/
- Maintenance
Assessment: Continuous assessment by the trainer
Certificate: NAJMA certificate of attendance, valid for 2 year, issued On completion of the assessment.
