The Coaching Workshop is a fast paced, highly interactive workshop recognised as the required 'Training Hours' by the Association of Coaching (UK). This workshop
introduces the practical techniques to coach individuals for their own professional
development. Innovative HR Solutions has aligned with the Association for coaching to enable participants to apply for Associate or Member Level Coaching Membership with the Association following this workshop.

Outline

This workshop is a fully recognised coaching workshop that fulfils part of the membership requirements of 35 hours coaching training with a recognised coaching provider (Innovative HR Solutions). Once participants have completed the 35 hours training, they can work towards becoming an internationally
recognised Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching (UK). The Association also requires participants to:
• Complete 5 coaching sessions with 3 clients and produce a written case history on each coachee
• Receive mentoring and feedback from an Accredited Coach who will review case histories and provide feedback

Duration:
This course is a 3 + 1 day workshop. There is homework and post-work which includes writing up of a case study coaching session.
NB: There are two weeks between Day 3 and 4 to allow participants to reflect, apply and engage the skills learned during the first three days. During this two week break, participants will have to actively coach their volunteer for an additional two coaching sessions. On the afternoon of the 3rd workshop day participants are required to bring a volunteer coachee.

The workshop is designed to create an assured coach, confident to tackle work and behavioural issues and help
their coachees achieve set goals. If you are a Line Manager or HR Professional and require coaching skills to
assist development work, or if you are an individual and wish to pursue the goal of becoming an accredited
coach.

• Learn how to deal with difficult people and dramatically enhance their own performance and the
performance of those around them
