This internationally recognised course enables delegates to develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a qualified Centre Manager in a range of typical Assessment Centre exercises and to manage the manage the process of designing and managing Assessment and Development Centres. Please
note that the Assessor Skills course is a necessary prerequisite for this course.

Duration:
This is a 2 day course, involving some overnight work each evening and a high level of delegate participation.

Designed for:
Management and non-management staff, particularly HR Professionals, who have completed the Assessor Skills course and intend to design and deliver Assessment or Development Centres.

Objectives:
• Describe different job analysis techniques and how these can be used to assist choosing appropriate exercises for an Assessment Centre
• Describe the different stages and components required to design and manage a successful Assessment or Development Centre
• Identify resources required, choose appropriate exercises and design a centre timetable 
• Demonstrate how to brief, coach and support Assessors through the centre process 
• Demonstrate how the data integration session (wash-up) should be run and discuss the issues involved
