Progressing from the new managers program, participants are given more
acumen into the drivers of people behaviour, exposing them to culture and
values as drivers for behaviour and organisational competitiveness. More
time is given to focus on the technical analysis of personal and organisational
strengths and weaknesses. Participants will be exposed to the challenges in
the transition from management to leadership and how to use and apply tools
of influence for purposes of team motivation and performance.

He regularly speaks at conferences and his specialist areas are Strategy, Systems Thinking and Business Model Flexibility. His interest in managing complexity in modern times has lead to the completion of his PHD in business
environmental scanning and complexity. His work has resulted in ground breaking thought processes directly impacting on strategic thinking in the twenty-first century and is proving to be pivotal in providing businesses with a means to retain their sustainable
competitiveness.
