Thursday Pottery Classes
Always wanted to learn pottery? Join us on Thursdays morning for a relaxing and therapeutic two hours of clay fun.
Create your own pottery during our weekly classes, taught by Olja. Olja Sofronijevic is a masters graduate in ceramics and an experienced photographer. Beginner students will learn the basics of throwing very quickly because of Olja's academic approach. As
students develop their skills they can work with her on design idea and more advanced ceramic forms.
The number of students per class is limited so that each person can work with Olja at their own pace and own project. After you have learnt the basics of throwing, you can decide on your own projects and create from your own ideas. Our studio is well equipped
to ensure you can make anything you aim for.

Fees:
1 Trail Session -AED 200.00
4 sessions -AED 670.00
6 sessions -AED 950.00
Fees are Including 8 basic tools and firing. Clay is sold separately.
Course Outline: Students learn the basics of throwing. The techniques of centering, turning, and shaping will be covered during these sessions. Participants will learn how to use turning tools, application of glazes and alternation to finish thrown pots.
