What you will learn?

You will be learning about different transport and fleet utilizing tactics and useful methods. This course will teach you about definitions of fleet management, customer service related to the field, communication with the suppliers and vehicle managers, and objectives and costs of hiring the drivers and fleet management staff.

Replacing a vehicle, corrective maintenance, manpower efficiency, and workshop tools will be discussed in class. Transportation safety topics include structuring distribution routes, controlling safety, key performance indicators and their measurement, budgeting control, safety hazards, performance evaluation, tracking and monitoring vehicles and selection of modes of transport.

Prerequisite or Relevant Knowledge

This course requires an A-Levels or equivalent degree or qualification in order to sit in this course. Any relevant knowledge of experience is appreciated too.
