Be Authentic© (A self awareness workshop for all people)

Training in self awareness through developing greater authenticity.

Learn to become more authentic by addressing questions such as: Who am I? What is my story? Why is being myself such a struggle? What is self awareness? Be Authentic© incorporates various learning styles to address the physical, emotional, thinking and intuitive aspects of human development.

The materials used in teaching Be Authentic© reflect a holistic approach, incorporating various learning styles and abilities, making them easily accessible. They offer a very clear pathway for seeking the questions to enable the release of our true potential.

Target Audience: Adults

Course Outcomes: By the end of this course, students should have:

• Learned methods for deepening and integrating models of self awareness
• Developed competence in communicating notions of self, story, emotional intelligence
• Have a greater understanding of an inner locus of control and self empowerment
