Kim Danoher, is a vibrant Yoga and movement specialist with an extraordinary passion for people and community! Her yoga classes in Dubai are engaging, informative, light-hearted, and she is quick to assess participants and intuitively adapt her knowledge and style to suit them. 

Kim has been a qualified yoga instructor for over 6 years. During this time, she has expanded her studies and specializations in AcroYoga, Thai Yoga Massage, & Kids Yoga. What excites her the most is something she has committed over 2 years of her life towards fine-tuning: Neuromyofascia & the deep activation, release, & injury rehabilitation potential that can be achieved in our tissues by combining Pilates methods with fascia knowledge.  This is long-term study & Kim sees enormous potential in applying this knowledge in her Yoga & movement classes as it enables clients to become aware of their optimal movement patterns & ability. As she completes her qualification in this highly sophisticated field, her students are the ones who benefit!

Her contagious spirit, down to earth energy and positive approach to life while constantly tweaking, refining and sharpening her teaching skills to deliver across her classes. She loves exploring Yoga as a transformational and healing process for every ‘body’, sharing her fascination with anatomy and the physical and mental effects of yoga and pilates as she guides her classes towards greater awareness in movement, strength, flexibility and health, which is clearly evident at her teachings. Kim opens you to inspiration, inquiry, relaxation and reflection while ensuring calm, grace & excellence in guiding you to a state of wellness, exemplifying the qualities we so value at Yogalates Bliss.

Every Monday and Wednesday,  7:15-8:15 PM

How much cash should I bring?
80Dhs pay as you go - AND - 600dhs for a package of 10 sessions (valid for 3 months from date of purchase)
First session must be booked online (form below) and you can then drop in whenever you wish afterwards.

What else should I bring? 
Apart from your awesome self, please bring a yoga mat and come in comfortable stretchy clothing (nothing too baggy).  Towels and water are provided. Showers and toilets are available on the same "7th floor" by the pool.
