Oana Ghimbulut is a Certified Trainer and she has a Ph.D. in Psychology and works as a vocational counselor. Her previous experience in research, teaching and psychological counseling has exposed her to human resource management development projects.
She has been involved in training programs for the past 10 years and in the last 5 years, starting with her doctoral studies, she has taken an interest in developing and delivering socio-emotional development programs.
