The training explains the labor laws and employee contracts for employment in the UAE as per the UAE labor Law. The laws for employment are governed by the UAE Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Interior. The trainee will be able to solve complicated situations by combining and applying different laws in order to find fair and law compliant solutions. Trainees are also put in situations in order to find strategies to communicate and negotiate agreements and solutions in this area to reach fair arrangements between different parties.
Outline
- Understanding the applications pertaining to labour laws in the UAE and explain the various types of labour law contracts.
- Prepare notice letters and understand their terms of use
- Differentiate between types of legal wages and calculate, with legal accuracy, working hours, leave and vacation entitlements.
- Distinguish between dismissal and termination and learn when to apply the clauses related to each.
