Details
Tower cranes run anywhere from 86 to 262 feet in height and working at heights is a common requirement for many jobs and occupations, especially in the construction sector where construction is taking place at such a rapid rate.
Operators of these cranes work in a booth or cab located at or near the top of the crane. If they require medical assistance, you'll need to access them via ladders and know how to extricate them from the cab. It is a common hazard that can lead to severe injuries and even fatalities.
This training contains information and details of procedures, to guide in safe work practices when working at heights and tower care rescue.
