The ICCA Dubai Artisan Pizza Program is offered in three levels -
1. Pizza at Home:
This course is for those looking to learn the art of Authentic Italian Pizza making, from the Italian Pizza Masters themselves for personal skills development.
2. Pizza for the Commercial Cook:
This course is especially for Cooks working in Pizza Outlets, to enable them to get a greater understanding of the contemporary processes of Dough and learning new concepts in the presentation of the Traditional Artisan Pizza.
3. Pizza for the Professional:
This comprehensive program is specially designed for those looking to open an Artisan Pizzeria and master the science of Artisan Pizza Making.
The programs are conducted by the Master Pizza Maker "Angelo Lezzi" & team from Italy.
