In this 200hours intensive Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training you will build a solid foundation of knowledge about the yoga tradition and learn how to teach confidently within our community.
Every aspect of this training has been methodically tailored to provide you the best education and deepest experience possible on every level. Our yoga instructor certification course presents an in-
depth study of Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Kirtan, Meditation, Philosophy, Sequencing, Adjustments, Anatomy, Teaching Practice, Class Sequencing and Adjustments, as well as instruction on how to
develop a personal meditation practice. We present an academic review of yogic philosophy, method and science as well as a thorough practical understanding through group practice and practicums, led by our highly qualified instructors providing students ample opportunity to refine their skills.
In our courses everyone will get the opportunity to teach and refine their yoga language skills and their ability to deliver an inspiring class. There will be plenty of practice teaching: one on one, in small
groups, and in front of the whole class. In the practice, we will forever and always be a student first.

Regular Rate:

We understand that over the course duration you may miss a theory lecture class; in which case you must register for a make-up class for which we can schedule in a best suited time.
1-hour private = 1-4 hours of missed theory class time = AED 400/-
1.5 hour private = 5-6 hours of missed theory class time = AED 555/-
2-hour private = 7-8 hours of missed theory class time = AED 740/-
