The long term stress has proven to have a direct impact on our physical and mental health. Symptoms such as anger, anxiety, depression and insomnia can not only damage our wellbeing, but also our careers, social life and personal relationships.
During this program, we look at cultivating a greater awareness of our mind-body unity. Through evidence-based Mindfulness techniques, we work on helping you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours from a new perspective, to ensure they don’t impact your emotional and physical health.
The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is an 8-week, evidence-based, highly experiential course that is currently offered at more than 800 hospitals, universities, and clinical settings in the United States and around the world.

Intensity: 2 hours per week
Ideal for: Those who are dealing with anxiety, chronic pain, stress, fatigue, fibromyalgia, relationship difficulties, PTSD.
