Overview

The program approaches team building through an indoor / outdoor activity to help build team spirit and link group activities to organizational behavior. It includes several activities that encourage participants to think creatively, identify innovative solutions and work together within rapidly changing situations in a team environment.

Objectives

  • Improve interpersonal thinking and behavior strategies to build high-performing teams and eliminate obstacles to effective teamwork
  • Understand the importance of planning, cooperation and decision making
  • Learn tools to define and communicate manager and team member roles
  • Conduct real situation exercises to manage the complexities of group dynamics, including decision making, power and conflict
  • Conduct steam development activities to improve team productivity
  • Learn practical skills for leading, facilitating, and participating in effective teams.
