Assessment
• Two written examinations (three hours and two-and-a-half hours)
• Two assignments (5,000 and 10,000 words).
How it works
• Centres deliver the learning (recommended 150 hours)
• Tutors must be chartered members of IOSH (CMIOSH)
• Centres order the examinations for dates and times of their choosing
• Scripts marked by external examiners
• Results and certificates issued within 30 working days.

Assessment
Unit 1 is assessed by a

times a year in Birmingham,
London and Manchester.
