Institution of Occupational Safety and Health at

graduate level (Grad IOSH), an important step to

chartered status.

• How to assess the existing health and safety culture

• The factors that influence staff behaviour

• Strategies for improving health and safety culture

• Developing a business case for improving health and safety culture.

Assessment

• Two written examinations (three hours and two-and-a-half hours)

• Two assignments (5,000 and 10,000 words).

How it works

• Centres deliver the learning (recommended 150 hours)

• Tutors must be chartered members of IOSH (CMIOSH)

• Centres order the examinations for dates and times of their choosing

• Scripts marked by external examiners

• Results and certificates issued within 30 working days.

Assessment

Examinations are held three

times a year in Birmingham,

London and Manchester.
