The World Organization for Fitness and Wellness accredited and certified Matwork Pilates Teacher Training Diploma retreat will provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to teach both Pilates classes and individual one-to-one sessions.
Pilates is very popular and perfect for all fitness levels, including those who are new to exercise.
You will learn the theory and practical of Pilates and will also have the opportunity to practice teaching within reassuring and safe surroundings.
We provide a supportive and encouraging environment to help you on your journey to becoming a
fully qualified Matwork Pilates instructor.
