- Understand the concepts and principles of transformational change and its importance in organizations.
- Learn how to lead transformational change, including developing a leadership style that supports change, motivating and inspiring others, and building a culture that supports change.
- Create understanding of the overall transformation process throughout the company
- Keep the lines of communication about the transformation phase open and active
- Create and implement a strategic plan for driving change initiatives
- Develop the skills and knowledge needed to manage the change process effectively, including identifying the need for change, setting goals and objectives, developing a roadmap for implementation, and communicating the change to stakeholders.
- Understand the role of strategic leadership in setting and executing organizational strategy, developing and implementing a vision, and making strategic decisions.
- Apply the concepts learned in the course through the analysis of real-world cases and interactive group exercises.
- Identify opportunities for applying the skills learned in the workplace and develop a plan for continuing development as a transformational change leader and strategic leader.
