High Performance Swimming Club has a comprehensive swimming program in which we encourage and develop adult swimming from the absolute beginner to the more confident swimmer wishing to develop their strokes and stamina.
Our learn to swim program is available for all those adults who need to learn to swim from the start or can swim a few meters already !
Our Stroke correction are a fun mix of stroke and stamina improvement.All 4 strokes (Freestyle, Breast stroke, Back stroke and Butterfly) are covered. Adults participating in this course should be able to swim and have a desire to improve their stroke technique and fitness level by swimming.
If you can comfortable swim 200mtr with good stroke technique in at least 3 of the 4 stokes you are ready to try our Masters sessions. Swimmers will follow a set of different drills and swims each time typically covering anything from 1.5 km to 3.5 km
Any adult is welcome to join whatever their previous experience with swim lessons are and their skill in swimming.

HPSC swimming club covers swimming classes for all ages and levels from the Learn to Swim, Stroke correction and Swim Squad training.
All our coaches are highly qualified by ASA, ASCA, American Red Cross, Russian swim federation, Dutch swimming association and FINA Coaches Association and motivated to provide the best training available in the UAE.
Languaes spoken by our staff are English, Arabic, Russian, Dutch, German.
