International Award in Barista Skills
ICCA Dubai Level 2 International Award in Barista Skills is a program specially designed for the aspiring Barista Professional & Entrepreneur seeking knowledge and understanding of Coffee.
This program empowers one with the knowledge & learning of Specialty Coffee from the Bean to the Cup and also provides the skills necessary to make a variety of quality coffee and presentations.
The said program is delivered in a state of the art coffee training facility in collaboration with internationally renowned Coffee Pro Hong Kong and by an Industry Certified experienced Barista.
Coffee Pro Hong Kong is a certified training laboratory leader in coffee research, education & skills development and delivers programs of personal & professional learning, certification and assessment accredited by the internationally recognized Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) and Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE).
All equipment, ingredients, protective gear and stewarding support etc. are provided for, along with a specially designed course book for easy learning.
The Barista Skills Program is of thirty (30) hours duration and is delivered over 5 class sessions of 5 hours each, starting on a Sunday running through Thursday (1.30 pm to 6.30 pm).
