Did you know that Adho Mukha Sivasana (Down Dog) is one of the most complicated and misunderstood postures in Yoga? It requires multiple joints and large muscle groups to be flexible and strong. No matter what your Down Dog has felt like in the past, this is your opportunity to get a fresh perspective. Learn the body mechanics behind this classic posture, practice fun techniques to give you more access to the key joints and experience the comfort of your new Down Dog.
Fee: AED 225 (therapy balls will be loaned for the duration of the workshop but if you have your own feel free to bring them!)
