This training course is designed to expose trainees to important theories and conceptual models for analyzing, understanding, and managing human behavior within organizations. In this training, a wide range of organizational situations and examples of human behavior will be studied, and trainees are encouraged to connect them to foundational theories and effective practical management methods and tools.

- Identify the fundamentals of organizational behavior, the types of communication and power, and examine how they affect organizational behavior.
- Understand the individual characteristics and groups dynamics that affect organizational behavior.
- Elaborate adequate organizational structures, effective job design, and workspace design to maximize the organizational effectiveness.
- Develop a positive culture in an organization and manage diversity for better performance of the group and the organization.
