Yogafirst has been training Yoga teachers in the Middle East for the last 6 years, some of which have evolved into the leaders of the yoga scene throughout our range of countries which now includes Southeast Asia. Yearly we hold Yoga Alliance 200 hour and 300 hour teacher training courses as well as Aerial Flow (Swing) Yoga in the following cities: UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the neighboring emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan and Malaysia)

We have been thriving on word of mouth alone and encourage any prospective student to ask around town about us, or research us thru social media or google us for reviews. Our reputation speaks for itself.
