The program constitutes 176 hours of guided learning spread over 44 classes and is ideal for serious amateurs looking to master the fundamentals of Patisserie. The classes are hands-on, delivered in a state of the art training kitchen facility under
the guidance of industry experienced international chef instructors, certified by the City & Guilds, London.
All equipment, ingredients, protective gear and stewarding support are provided for, along with course book & standard recipe cards (SRCs).
