The Artisan Chocolate Program is hands on and delivered in a state of the art training kitchen facility, under the guidance of industry experienced international chef instructors, certified by the City & Guilds, London.
Over two (2) intense & engaging days, you will be immersed in the art of artisan chocolate making that include:
- Introduction to the origin of Chocolate
- Tempering of Chocolate
- Chocolate Garnishes
- Making Chocolate Truffles
- Making Filled Chocolate
All equipment, ingredients, protective gear and stewarding support etc. are provided for, along with course kit.
The course program is systematically taught in a module of 4 classes in well set plan that are of 3 to 4 hours each and conducted over two continuous days from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm with a one hour lunch break in between
